I'm Technical PM & AI Lead at OTO Travel Technology, a B2B2C travel platform sold through travel agency networks. I build production LLM systems, lead the frontend platform that agencies resell, and moved the development team onto AI-assisted coding with Claude Code, from pilot to daily use.

Five years of customer-facing troubleshooting: first as a freelance web performance and technical SEO consultant for agencies and direct clients in Europe, Australia and the US, then at OTO alongside partners and business teams. I take a customer problem, find the root cause in the code and ship the fix.

    • Technical lead for the web platform agencies resell (white-label widget, content CMS, agency websites): I turn analyses and agency feedback into frontend specs, plan releases, lead the frontend team and write code.
    • Led the team's move to AI-assisted development: business case, pilot, Claude Team rollout, onboarding workshop and coaching, plus shared CLAUDE.md files, rules and skills.
    • SEO and analytics engineering: JSON-LD structured data module, prerender service, crawlable SPA routing and end to end tracking of the booking flow.
    • Led the refactor of the content CMS behind the agency websites, from design to development.
    • Enterprise and pre-sales material: a workshop for a major cruise line, an SEO and reporting presentation for a national travel agency network, and the company profile for national travel trade fairs.

    • Built Athena, an AI travel assistant used across an 800+ agency network: Claude API integrated directly in Python, FastAPI with SSE streaming, prompt caching, Redis and MongoDB, auth and cost analytics that set the pricing, and LLM-as-judge evals.
    • Audited SEO across OTO products and client sites; the agency-network analysis became the basis for the new website platform.
    • Led the GDPR rebuild of the consent manager with Consent Mode V2.
    • Ran data and GTM/GA4 sessions with a major cruise line, the analytics audit of its booking platform, and seasonal and annual reporting.
